We are an association of 68 homes located in Topsham Maine. Our mission is to protect the values of our homes while living in a beautiful wooded land with a natural drain pond filled with fish, frogs, springtime peepers and annual migrating ducks. Our homes have stable valuations in all real estate markets due to Department of Environmental Protection covenants that work to keep our lands beautiful, clean, and friendly to families.

2024 ASSESSMENTS

The 2024 Annual Dues are $135.00 and are due by March 31, 2024.  Invoices will go out via mail and email in early 2024. Dues are adjusted annually, and we are financially strong. We have both a green space reserve, a legal reserve, and significant investments.
